This is the K20Z3 engine that is installed in this picture, you can see there was some metal cut from the support bar going across the intake. |  |

Before starting remove the battery, and take the fuel cap off to release pressure in the system. |

This is what it looks like now with the intake, throttle body, and intake manifold are removed. the fuel rail was removed to install 440cc RC injectors. |  |

This is how I installed this supercharger into my FIT. Tape the motor off and protect it because there will be ALOT of materal cutting going on. |  |

You have to Shave the pully bracket here you can see the area.

Protect the supercharger too, we taped off the pully on the charger to protect it from nics, here are were I cut the support brackets. Use the charger as a templete when you can get it on the motor, just dont bolt it up. |  |

After the cutting you can see there is not much left of the support bracket.

This has to be cut and hammered in, to give the charger more clearance. |

once done you can Paint the cut areas to protect the metal.

total time it took was 5 hours with painted and cutting.

I wraped the Intake with Heat barrier tape, and it made a huge difference in cold air going into the charger. Tuning was easy and hp is amazing now. |  |
